not supplying cylinder
sir, my wife have a gas connection in ANBU GAS AGENCY(connection No.32150). last month we booked for cylinder that the supplying agency they send us SMS last sunday 8th january 12. that they made cash voucher. normaly they supply cylinder with in three days but this time they not supplying it when ever we call them they speak very rude. they say they will supply it as they fell free.

Yes it is true. Not only one time. Everytime they used to do like that. Their attitude is that they dont want customers. They were directly telling go and complaint anywhere even to IOC LIMITED. They were not bothered about consumers. I have never seen such an horrible response from any of service industries.

The agency located in Coimbatore(Ganapathy) Ambal Indane Gas service.
They continuesly selling the customers cilinder in grey market for higher price by booking themselves like customers.

If the Customers calls back or visit them, they are treating us as an 3rd rated criminal.

Kindly take action against them to solve future happenings & save the customers will towards IndianOil.
