leakage problem and poor customer service

dear sir,

i am a consumer of indane gas and my customer I.D. is 28092 and my distributer is DEEPAK GAS SERVICES; i have a problem of gas leakage in my cylinder connection. when i had complaint about this problem they replied me that this problem is found in every 99 cylinders out of 100 cylinders. and even they did not came at my home to repair the cylinder or respective problems of cylinder.

so please kindly take a impact action on it.
