I have registered my E-mail ID [email protected] and my Mobile No +91 9434142860 to my IRCTC Account, even though I am not receiving the New Login Password neither through my E-mail nor SMS in my mobile. When I use the Forgot Password tab in the site and giving all the details , it gives the messege" Your password has been reset and an email has been sent to your registered email id " but I am not receiving any mail with the New Login Password in my email on in mobile.

Please investigate the matter and arrange to solve my problem by sending the New Login Password as I have to cancel my ticket and book for the journey on later date.
