I wnted to change my mobile no. On attempt the page wanted a ne mobile no for sending mobile verification code by SMS. Then new mobile no. was given.System replied to have sent the code. But the SMS is never received after 15 days. again two more attempts taken but no result!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO???? Not able to log in since system wants mobile verification code.

In the mean time my mail ID, address has changed.

My ITCTC login user ID is BINOD646, password is BCM061160.
Will u kindly sent me your advice in [email protected]???
