Sir,

My ID on IRCTC is kamal19634. I have recently updated my email on my information page in irctc and mistakenly updated wrong email address. My email address was [email protected] but i have given [email protected] so that was the mistake i made. Now i am unable to open my account on irctc because password has been changed and is only being sent to that wrong email address when i try to recover that from "forgot password link".

Kindly make this correction to my account and change the email address from [email protected] to [email protected] or you can verify my identity via mobile no. i have given to you in my profile that is- 09307677976. or you can send my password on it. I can also prove that it is my account by giving the security question's answer.
