sim card is not activated

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given all documents to Idea man and he has given me sim card(Idea)for the same.

I want to port Vodafone to Idea but still card is not activated, 45 days before i have been handover the docs to port but still it is not activated.

Please give me resolution asap.
