i have to call 4 time in week regarding connection lost by them
when i call then after they providing internet connection after two day same problem comes out repeatly i have call customer care which is busy when i call

ID : kiri_saurabh, Paldi Connection.

Your "Customer Care Services" is very bad and make a fool.
My Internet is not working since a week.
I complained many times.

Your representative told me "our technician is in process to reach at your place." (I am waiting since a 4 days but still no progress.)

All my work has been stopped because of YOU.

No one is responding to calls. Neither MR. AMAN, nor MR. GAURAV or MR. JIGAR and not even customer care. If you dont want to receive calls why do you say as CUSTOMER CARE when you dont CARE for your customers. LIARS.

Please tell me if you dont want to start my connection, take it back. Dont make a fool of your customer. I also have renewal period more time but I dont want to your money. Take back your connection and device if you dont want to make any progress and if you want to give worst kind of service, we are not interested in your connection.

However internet connectivity is so poor hence i had to complain each day several times in customer care to make my broadband work and finally but still no proper response. My phone recharge becomes more than your internet plans then whats the use of your poor and worst internet internet.

I m really very much upset with your services. You dont care for customers. You only take money from your customers but dont give services after that. Beggars are better than you. They dont make us fool by asking for money. You are all worst than beggars. You cheat your customers very badly. CHEATERS.

You are only interested in making money. Once you get money your work is over. Then whatever is customer's problem you dont care. SELFISH people. All DEVILS. Even Devils are also better than you people.
