delay in redressing the problem

I have purchased symphony kaizen jr on 23 may 2012.after two days it stopped working suddenly. i filed a complaint on 26 may. i had called service center many times but did not get satisfactory reply. i also sent an email to the company but it is not responded till now. I have called MR. S.S. bhandari (Branch manager, symphony, jaipur) and also mukul sharma, service provider vidhyadhar nagar jaipur. But it seems that they are not interested in redressing my grievences and now they are not picking my call.i have to recall to the service center everyday from my busy hospital causing me unnecessary stress.i shall be highly thankful if you take necessary step in this context and give strict direction to the company.
