pump is not working properly

I have purchased symphony/hi cool smart cooler on 09/04/2012 with a one year warranty period. Due to some problem its Water pump is not working inspite of several compalints on no. 07930130111 (which company gave me for any complaint) they didn't came to check my cooler therefore you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible
