Interview fradulent
This company cheats candidates by conducting walk in interview making candidates to come all the way to siruseri, wait all the day and they will respond to the candidates on the status.
I heard one of my friend to join this company with no sign offer letter sent through email insisted to join and he came to join the company after his notice period with his old company and they denied to employ him.
DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY CHEAT CANDIDATES AND PLAY WITH THEIR CAREER.... |

Dear All,
I had attend the interview with Sensiple. They are one of the time pass people who conduct mock interviews to the candidates especially with the experienced candidates. They do marketing by conducting interview with the candidates. After conducting the interview They will say " I will get back to you".
It is the never ending story for them. So Don't wait for the HR feedback and don't waste the time |

Sensiple is one of the worst companies you would ever imagine. The Management fellows do not even know what they are doing. High in politics. No projects and they conduct Interviews for branding.
Such a bad bunch of losers.
Management fellows are more worse than jokers and I really mean that. |

They selected my cousin in campus placement. Given offer letter. But after few months, called to Chennai 2 rimes and conducted interviews and rejected two times. Theyre Playing with Candidates. This tells how concerned they are towards employees. |

weird to see couple of people pouring ill comments, however for a fresher like me, I feel Sensiple interview process to be organized much better than couple of other big company interviews I took.. recruiters were so graceful and courteous in responding promptly & thje best thing is the HR even guided me till cafeteria and offered a friendly cup of coffee and briefed the selection in Sensiple. Technical rounds were organized, but took some time, and finally entered the last round which was highly professional & the same day I was provided the status. I am yet to accept the offer.. sooner I should do... |

GOOD INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
Every organization will strive to get a best fit for the role..Logically company can not select everyone who is attending the interview, When a candidate is not selected most of the company wouldn't communicate it to them its a practice followed all over. My Interview experience was good, there was frequent follow up. Over all good experience. |

I echo remya's feedback, I was called for an interview and the systematic approach of HR has to be appreciated, interview went for an hour or so & it was over 6pm, the concerned HR lady even gave me a pass to use the company bus till Velachery, it was nice experience travelling in company bus...somehow I felt I couldn't crack the interview process, but HR said they will get back.. in 2 days I received a mail form them stating that at this point of time they may not be able to process my candidature. I liked this approach, because other company interview I went did not even bother to call me |

All those who accuse about the organization is that of those who got REJECTED
My interview experience was good and i got SELECTED. to kick start my carrier with Sensiple software solution is a good learning platform for me. |

Got a call letter and I took up the interview, GD & technical rounds were fantastic, it was more like a discussion with my professor, the technical panel explained me the requirement and clearly stated the agenda for training spanning over 12 months, every step was so detailed which I rate it above than big company interview I have attended, my batch mates who came along with me for the interview also had good feedback, few of them in fact got the offers at the spot, I am waiting... |

Yea I agree coz . I attended interview last month and they told result will be announced in 2 days but till date I 'be been calling them. They kinda say we are consolidating and conducting a meeting to select the most best ones of the cleared candidates. We will get back to you once if gets over. They even take our certificates for a contract of 3 years then still I don't know why they say this to wait. |
