I have bought a Pavilion G6 - 1313AX from Flipcart online. I had also registered on the Peace Of Mind website and was given the registration code - 4812035. After that i have couriered all required documents along with the cheque to your office address in New Delhi - 110020. Also got the receipt from courier company that the paccage was delivered on 28th May 2012.
Have not yet recieved the acknowledgement that was supposed to be sent from your side within 2 days of receipt of all documents. Eagerly waiting for your reply. |

sir, i have been trying to contact through telephonic conversation to explain my case for over a month but i'm not getting any success as nobody is willing to entertain my case.I have been saying that i have been not told to where to registered and when i contacted the customer care then i came to know that where to contact and then immediately i registered on 29th may & also submitted the required documents on 30th may as according to your claim acknowledge mail on 8th june. You could also assume that if u are not told right information about your product then how could you do right steps. So, i humbly request to consider in this regard and if it is not possible then please tell me the procedure for getting my DD back as soon as possible.

i am very confused, what type of cheque do i need to send because the warranty which i have registered is free.
