Request for recovery of my password
Hello sir,
I am trying to change my password so I went for the option forgot password inorder to reset it but it is giving password cannot be reset .Even I cant use my old password also now.So,I kindly request you... |

I have used IRCTC website for booking my tour plan through online, but now i tried to book a ticket, but now i cannot loggon plz resert my password and send it to my mail id Earlier as possible.

I booked my ticket on irctc through my ID and password, After few days when I tried to login to take print out, I couldn't.
Now it ask me for my email verification password to reset it which it never sent me.
I'm going to miss my train on 28th if irctc didn't gave me my password back. |

I am not able to login to my ID (cm2781) as the system is asking for password change and to change it asks for email verification password and mobile verification but email verification password has not been provided by irctc,only mobile verification password has been provided. I have to print my tickets already booked through my ID but how is it possible if I can't login ? I request irctc to kindly provide the required passwords so that I can login and print tickets of my journies.
