Dear Sir,
I am Dipendra Rathore My Employee Code is 2089308. I have worked in Emphsis (Amsource India). I have left that company 31/08/2010 and than I applyed for PF Amount but till date I don't received any amount. I enquired for the same and replyed on your side that your form has received at 20/12/2010 and we will send your cheque on First Week of Jan'11. when i did not received any thing than i again enquired at 07/03/2010 the same. I talk with Mr. Sunil PF Department and he replyed me there is some mistake in your form and i will correct it and i am senting it.
Today i again call him but HR Department told me we can't transfer your call he will call you.
so sir please conform me actual status of my case. it is very important for me. My Economical Condition is very week.
Please do the needfull.

but I have not received my pf amount in bank account
