I regularly travel from Metha Nagar to ChinnaMalai . The 47 ( villivakkam to adyar ) in white board bus fare is Rs 6.
But 11/02/2012 at 11 am travelling in 47 bus ( TN01 N 5719 ) AYI 1431, this bus conductor issue ticket in Rs 7 , am asking why issue in 7 rs, the rate is only 6 rs, but conductor was used miswords.
Please action to tat bus conductor. |

Dear sir
I regularly travel from vadapalani depo to perambur by 37b in the evening hours. There is no proper timings for this particular bus. When we approach the officer in charge for timings they lethargically say "Is there any bus running from vadapalani depo to perambur". It is painfull to the office goers particularly women where they have to wait for this bus in vadapalani depo which is not a safer place.
Moreover to our surprise we see lot of buses to other routes (5E & 12b) standing in the bus depo for a quiet a long time.
Sometimes we were waiting for more than 2 hours for this service. Not even single bus available at 5.45 to 7.30pm. Further they say only 3 buses are running between Vadapalani to perambur.
WE request you to consider this and help us by increasing the buses and to keep the timing as they every half an hour there is a bus.

Travelling between Anna University, Guindy and Anna Nagar/ Mogappair/Ambattur in the evenings is a nightmare for students.
The total travel time takes 2 hours as there are no direct buses.
I urge you to run direct buses from Anna University, Guindy and Anna Nagar/ Mogappair/Ambattur in the evenings between 4:30, 5:00, 5:30 and at 6:00.

There is no safety for girls in buses. am damn sure that every girls who travel in buses are surely teased by men.seating arrangement and standing arrangement in Tamilnadu buses are in stupid way, making men to touch breast and other body parts of girls.. y cant the women and men to stand separately in buses, i.e first haif of the bus for ladies and second half for men, so that girls can stand or sit comfortably..the people who disagrees my points can send their girls or wife in crowded buses.. |

We use to travel in MTC bus service no. 34 & 134A from THIRUVOTTIYUR TO AMBATTUR O.T. We have only one service for every half an hour & that is also Express & White board no Deluxe service. Sometimes we were waiting for more than 1 hour for this service. Not even single bus available on 6/8/11 at 5.45 to 7.30pm.
Total travelling time from Thiruvottiyur to Ambattur O.T. has taken more than 11/2 half an hour to reach Ambattur O.T. due to traffic & Signals while crossing Anna nagar.
So we need additional more Deluxe service for the above said routes. |

Please Introduce some new Services from Redhills to places interior the city. Redhills is a town with more than 1 lakh population, However for thepast 20 years only 114, 62, C70, 57 and 242 are there. There is no direct buses to many places in the city like Egmore, Anna Square, Triplicane, Mylapore, Mandavli, Thiruvanmiyur, T.Nagar, Porur, Iyyappanthangal, Nungambakkam, Velachery, Kelambakkam and even so many places. Please introduce atlest some new services to T.Nagar, Anna Square, Velachery and Egmore which are badly required. |

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rajan from Tiruverkadu, Yesterday (18-11-2012) Midnight 1.15am,
waiting for the bus 101 night service at NSK nagar bus stop towards poonamallee ,
that bus came i am waving my full hand to stop the bus but the driver
did not stop the bus at busstopping, but he is doing rash driving,
and he competition with 15B night service & 46 nightservices buses.
He tried to overtake those buses without stop at his (101) busstopping
even i did show the waving hands.
So I was very much struggled to reached my home.
That bus driver was lean person, conductor was a normal person weared a glass.
That bus belongs to poonamlle depot, i noted that PMI with some numbers,
i can't see the bus fleet no clearly because of his rash driving.
Why i am sending this, we are waiting for you, but your making unexpected
struggle to us. so please do the needful act to the better service.
I hope you will do the better action immediately.

Irregular bus timings:
i regularly travel by A21 bus from tambaram to tidel park...there are no enough buses during the peak hours and there is no proper timing of the buses....some of the buses move immediately one behind the other where we have to wait for a long time to catch the next bus..there are no proper bus maintenance too..i experienced travelling inside the bus during rain where the whole water was coming inside in a vestibule bus near that connecting area and most of them got wet because of that...so it wil be good if the authority takes some good measures for this... |

I'm working second shift at mepz on sanitoram. I'm coming from redhills. there is no bus after 9.45 pls the authority's May take action and atleast one bus after 9.45.

The 29a buses uses to go from Anna Square to Perambur andfrom Perambur to Anna Square There is less count of buses of buses really frustrated with these buses the bus count should be increase,and each bus should be there to transport passengers in 10 mins time difference the other buses count are high but 29a route buses are too less |

I am writing to bring to your attention a few worst behavior of your bus driver issues inflicted upon me and other commuters who use your service. I am hoping you would address these issues promptly.
உங்கள் பேருந்து எண் : TN-01AN-3305 Bus number: 72 bus route (திருவேற்காடு to தியாகராய நகர் ).. இன்று காலை (08.12.2023) 9.15 மணி நேரத்தில் வேலாபஞ்சாவடி நிறுத்தத்தில் நான் ஏறினேன்.இந்த பேருந்தில் நடத்துனர்(conductor) என்னிடம் என்றுமே கடுமையாகவே நடந்துகொள்கிறார்...இந்த பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்யும் அனைவரிடமும் அப்படி நடந்து கொள்வதை நான் பார்க்கிறேன்... அதை தட்டி கேட்டால்... பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்யும் போதெல்லாம் மற்றவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் கடிந்துரைத்து அவமான படுத்தும் படி நடந்து கொள்கிறார்.. இதை நான் கோயம்பேடு டிப்போ விலும் புகார் செய்துளேன்... இப்பொது மின்னஞ்சலும் அனுப்புகிறேன்.. அவர் மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்..... எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்க வில்லை என்றால்.... நான் அடுத்தமுறை அவர் செயல் அனைத்தையும் பதிவு (record) செய்து காவல் நிலையத்தில் சமர்ப்பிப்பேன்.. ஆகையால் அவர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்....
