My uncle name is Mr. Rakesh Kapoor, He is working in Northen Railways Ghaziabad.His wife Mrs.Renu Kapoor is a LIC agent . My father was also worked with him. Me and MY father trusts on him that he will never cheate us. So we always purchase policies from him, what he told us we believe us as we were busy in our occupations. He is still working in Railway Ghaziabad.
But now what we are seening he cheated us. He put our all money in to market plus , ULIP kind of plocies. we are facing a big lose in all policies.
So in this case , Will consumer forum help us out or we pull him in to court ? Please suggest. |

This lic of India is a cheater company.it plays a hide and seek game with its customers and their hard earned money .it never disclose the fund value or units allotted to its customers.There is nothing except to regret at maturity. |
