Please don't believe on it. This company use to make people fool all over India specially South region and UP. Because that people don't know reality of this company. This company is not US based some fool and fake person who are in US making clients fool and bring some projects under observation of Gary Dchman whose real name is Gary Toor and Ishwari Singh. After that these foolish and non Technical CRM's done some fake commitment and starting threaten developers.
Anyways if you have offer from A1-Technologies and you are confused weather you join this company or not than just give a look at following points. If you are ok with these points than this company is Good for you:

1) The things will describe to you before and after joining (during Induction) about A1 Technology Pvt Ltd will not like that.
2) Only Night Shifts any how.
3) There are no seniors in team to handle projects and to guide the team.
4) Salary is not paid on time. The biggest issue. This Company have no funds. Worst fund management. World cheapest company.
5) There is lot of pressure due to lack of resources , lack of team work and inappropriate time lines.
6) Developer staff are not being respected.
7) Some Senior who don't have technical knowledge about the task , they threaten you by saying "Do it by today , Otherwise don't come from tomorrow". Which is really Humiliating and Unprofessional.
8) Lack of amenities - AC doesn't work , Power back , Water purifier , Sitting arrangement.
9) Company has no proper bench markfor salary structure and appraisals.

And specially for Clients.
