Sir,

I Anu Bala Dhiman W/O Ajay Dhiamn Residence of H .No 128/3 New 356, Passi Nagar,Pakhowal Road ,Ludhiana(Punjab)(India). My Date of Birth is October 19,1980.My student Referance No is S0190504.I want to tell you the whole story what happened with us .I got 6.5 Bands in IELTS.After that I decieded to go to Australia for study in master of professional accounting so We filed our case through AB EDucational Avenues Pvt Ltd situated at I-83 Level 3 ,Lajpat Nagar-II,New Delhi 110024.Arun Bhutani is the owner of this company who is also secretory in Aaeri(Association of Australian Education Representatives in India).I submited some Important Documents like photocopy of my certificates,passport photocopy,marriage certificate etc Then AB EDucational Avenues gave offer letter of C Q University (CENTRAL QUEENSLAND UNIVERSITY) to us Then they demanded from us 52000/-(fifty two thousand rupees){ in australian currancy 1263 $} advance for visa fee & their service charges.I gave the Amount by cheque to them of my account.They also demanded income proof of my husband , my father and my mother. After few days they demanded a demand draft in favour of CQ University payable at Australia of doller 8126(eight thousand one hundered twenty six only)for addmision fee.We made this demand draft of dated 16 December 2009 of Bank of Broda from my OD(Over Draft Limit) Account.Demand Draft no is 028960.Copy of this DD is also attached with this mail.After a week dated 23 December 2009 they retuned this Demand Draft and told me they had already deposited our fee from their commision account in australia. They told us to cancel this demand draft and pay Rs 346000/-(three lacs fourty six thousand){8126 doller }in cash .when we asked the reason to cancel the DD,They replied it is the shorcut way to admit the fees otherwise it is lengthy procedure to send the fee by DD. They also showed us our COE(Conformation of Enrollment) and said that You have been enrolled in the CQ University and pay your fees in cash to us.and we paid 46000/-and a chaque of Rs 300000/-.From the very next day they drop that chaque to encash.That day I was not in town so i couldn"t deposit cash in my account .That is way that chaque could not be encashed.After the chaque bounce I made full payment to them in cash. They handed over the COE (Conformation of Enrollment)to us .Next day my friend residing in Australia rang me up. i told him about the COE and the fees which i had pay in cash to AB EDucational Avenues Pvt Ltd.He was suspicious about the mode of payment then he adviced me to verify the COE in the university.I sent the copy of COE to CQ UNIVERSITY for verification.They answered that it is fake COE and no fee is received by the university yet.The FAKE Conformation of Enrollment is also atteched with this mail .it is clear that it is the case of fraud .We were shocked to know the fraud Committed by AB Educational Avenues Pvt Ltd.We informed to the CQ University about this matter and also moved an application to the Senior Supridendent of Police of Ludhiana about this Fraud. With the help of Ludhiana Police we got our money back from AB Educational Aveneus Pvt Ltd . Apart from this I and My Husband also suffered mentel Tension, physical harrassment,mentally harassment, Mental Agony,Mental Torture which can not be assessed . As we were planning to visit Australia very shortly,so we packed up all the business activities and withrew all the Investments in india. AB EDucational Avenues Pvt Ltd Responsible for all my losses and mentaly harassment etcThey tried to spoil my carrier.Now we want AB Educational Avenues Pvt Ltd to compensate for all our losses of Rs 600000/-(Six lacs only). As the President of Association of Australian Education Representatives in India we expect help from your side to Provide compensation from AB EDucational Avenues Pvt Ltd to us.We will be really thankful to you for speeddly solution of this issue
