Around 11.30 Hours on 14.7.2011 along with my wife boarded APSRTC Route Bus No. 3H from ECIL stage to Vidyanagar. Having inadequate change of Rs.22.00 for two tickets I gave Rs.100.00 to the conductor who said will return back Rs.80.00 during journey. Unfortunately, I forgot collecting the amount.
Later when contacted Khushaiguda, Barkatpura and Musheerabad Depot officials they said they were ignorant of ticket serial Nos. 008 241768 and 008 241769. Since then as I was busy with my official work could not follow the issue.

Can your body please guide me for collecting the return?

The conductor on the revrse of one ticket acknowledged the balance of Rs.80.00.

I booked ticket for 23/7/2011 from Jublee Bus Stand to Shirdi. My Ticket number was HT78190.
The bus was at 7 PM and i came to the bus station at 6.30 PM. I was having luggage and was
travelling with my family(Wife, myself and child). They cancelled the bus service number 1182 and nobody informed me about that.

I somehow went to the other bus and inquired about bus number 1182 and the conductor told me that the bus is not coming. I was frusted and

he told me that you have to come to this bus only. I ran to pickup my luggage and it was real problems i faced and un tollerable. Somehow everybody from my family ran
with luggeage and got in to the bus. Then i came to know that the seats numbers i booked 1 week before for our better journey will not get it.

The conductor allocated everybody different seats. That day i was suffering from code and i thought my family will seat near by me for any help.

When i asked conductior to please allocate seats for our family in such a way that we can sit nearby. He said he could not go anything.

Then i asked him what shall i do and he said i have to sit the place which he will give. I was helpless and whatever i have planned was totally againts

me.

This is totally disappointed behaviour by APSRTC and not tollerable. They made our journey a worst with a lot of trouble. I booked the ticket for

safety and better journey 1 week before and in return i got a lot of trouble.

They could have informed me that my bus has cancelled and i will be shifted to other bus and that bus will be coming by this time.

They never informed me anything. They should compensate me for this behaviour and i hope they will not do this kind of tratement with other public.
