Hello Sir / Madam,

This is Mallela Anil. I was traveling through RTC Metro Express bus from S R Nagar to Paradise. I faced a typical situation from the conductor who is in charge of taking tickets in that bus.
When I took the bus in SR Nagar I was been waiting for the Conductor to turn up my side for the ticket but he dint even looked at me till the bus arrived to Shoppers Stop then after, When the bus is at Anand theater I went to conductor to give me the ticket for the distance I have traveled then conductor started arguing with me saying "You haven't took the ticket till now" then I told him I was been waiting for him with 10rs note in my hand to take ticket from SR Nagar. After everything he is advising me that I need to take the ticket asking him before I settle the place in the bus i.e I need to search for the conductor where he is and have to go to his place to ask ticket.
At last I was depressed facing this type of situation and I haven’t noted the bus number finally I have goggled is there any complaints raised by any travelers who have faced the situation like me.
I was traveling around 8.05pm to 8.30pm

I really agree with the complaint given by Ms. Hema about the rude behaviour of the APSTRC Bus conductor. Even the same had happened to me yesterday In our route Bus Route No.1P/25I at about 8.30 PM coming to Alwal. It is not the matter about the change but rude behavour with the passengers about to give the change. I personally very disappointed with the words of Conductor saying "I should not enter the passengers in the bus if they do not have change" shouting on us. What is this? It is true that he might not have the change, but the same way we also do not have the change, he can say that in a proper way. Two times it has happened to me at the same time and same bus (days are different). I do not see the Bus Board No. properly as it is in the night time. But the conductors should know to behave properly with the passengers.

Rude Behavior of Conductor
Sir,Madam

1D bus number timing around 7pm in the night date 26/03/2012 bus number AP10Z 1532 i don't have the ticket number rude beaver of the lady Conductor with the passenger if Conductor don't have change its not our problem the Conductor should have some respect with the people who travel up and down daily its not that if there is no change for ticket should write back on the ticket and give back but no the Conductor started shouting and asked to leave the bus what is this is this the way the government will behave with the public and many time it happened but never i said any thing but its out of control if all the Conductor do in the same way some day APSRTC will be closed i think so better ask your Conductor to learn how to talk and behave with the people or public

this is venkat shiva. i was travelled from kodur to vontimitta at 9:30PM. actually i need to get down in the madhavaram but the bus conductor said that "i didn't stop" . i was request him take the ticket to bakarapet nut i will get down in the madhavaram itself. even bus driver was supported to me. who is the responsibility if any incident happened...................is this is the way to behave with passengers.........the bus is belongs to kadapa depot. the bus is coming from tirupathi ....the bus num is ended with .........1424....i req u apsrtc pls pls punish him that blade conductor............................................

Sir This is to bring to your notice that KP depot bus is hired by Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur, The behaviour of the morning conductor is very bad. He is very partial he gives importance to one particular lady teacher who is very close to him both will get into their world and talk all nonsence, he will not see whether the bus is stopping or not. The regular driver will know the stops but when the driver is changed he will not know, the conductors duty to see whether the bus is stopping in the particular students stop point, but he is engaged with the teacher and till the school both are in their own world. Even if a student come 1 minute late he will not tolerate and he will not bother to stop but when it comes to that particular teacher he will wait and he will call her and wait, the moment that teacher comes he will start off not seeing any other teacher nor student. Many times I observed when I take my daughter to the stop the bus skip the stop and goes this is because he is so immersed in her conversation. Today he skipped many stops we had to take an auto even the previous stop it skipped it seems. sometimes it comes very late when enquired came to know that he stopped for that lady. he will not stop for any other teacher nor student except that lady. The bus is not his personal property. If he wants to please her let him invite and entertain her in his house. Even other students also noticed the same thing. he is very very rude towards students and other staff. This is the complaint against the morning bus conductor the bus belongs to KP Depot. (hire special) HPS ramanthapur. I request the authorities to look into the matter and warn him to behave himself and not to closely mingle with that lady so that he will be alert. I am scared he may take revange but the above version is true you can cross check.
