I bought a Activa for my brother Mr. R S Balasubhramaniam, from your Visakhapatnam Dealer : Visnu Honda on 31-05-2011. The dealer delivered the vehicle after taking of 13 months and for advance amount not even caliculated interest. More over at the time of vehicle delivery, the dealer not given any bill for the amount Rs.3,415/=. For my vehicle the dealer fitted extra of one Side Stand and one foot rester.
After booking and after delivery of the vehicle, myself phoned several times [15 to 20 times] about delivery of the vehicle [120 days after] and the replay given them very very irresponsible.
And after delivery [As on 42 days over] regarding for the excess collected amont Rs.3,415/=, even as on to day there were no proper replay even after my several phones.
More over giving dealeship to such a same dealer on many locations, I feel the Manufaturer is not even viewing the natural justice.

I am also sent complaints about the above subject through consumer`s emails.
