Holiday week not geeting

I , Mitin Shah (09821152288) have purchased holiday voucher from Affordable sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., Noida. through their representative namely Mr. Vikas by paying Rs. 7000/- their Invoice no. TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/44206 dated 20-04-2011 which is valid for 12 months from the date of Invoice for 7 nights free accommodation in any of their affiliated resorts as per their list. I had sent them my request for holiday booking in their voucher code request form No. 14848 along with Demand Draft favouring Affordable sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 750/- payable at Noida .as per their requirement to their Noida office on 23-09-2011 through DTDC courier which they have received on 26-09-2011. so far there is no reply from their side, inspite of calling them more than 50 times on their customer care no.1206182100. I spoke to one senior person in their organization namely Mr. john on 09971479347 but even he is not helping. I think these is a fraud company , need to take legal action against them.
