illegal formation of society election
illegal formation of society election
Ambal co-operative Housing Socieity has formed a illegal members without signing any bond papers. My father in law is a memebrs of the soceity and he never knew when the new committee formed. Therfore, requested to the so called secretary to produce the Bond Papers duly singed alongwith the AGM minutes.
The society has elected without calling the members and recently signed the minutes of the AGM which they have not conducted earlier. These memebrs are elected more than 2 years and running the socieites. We had given several compliants to the Dy. Registerar, CBD, M ward, 2nd floor, Konkan Bhavan, New Mumbai. Till date, we have not received any reply against our letters nor taken any action agaisnt the society.

The Society Secretary is challenging us that he will not give any copy of the documentd which we asked or he will not sign any bond. He straight away refusing to accept the By-laws.

Dy. Registrar, DDR, Div. Jt. Registrars are one panel to help each other to favor only Managing Committee Members. As a member I can show you a full Tempo Load of Documents and complaints to unearth the frauds to the tune of Rs. 1.2 Crores. But no one wants to take action. Every one say one should approach Bombay High Courts fully aware that its very difficult to file petitions in Bombay High Courts. A Convict is also present in the Govt. Office making a laughing stock of all Judiciary, Lok Adalats, Housing Adalats etc. Persons like Deepak Khndekar to promot corruption, not to file enquiry report are alloted a Govt. Accomodation with Sea-View. Hon. Shri. Anna Hazareji would soon realize that the entire country would be fasting or loose all their money to these corrupt Govt. Officers.

Your website should unmask these Co-operative Officers or shut shop for ever because India has stopped producing honest persons any longer. Very soon Annaji would be History and we Indians along with these corrupt Officers would teach our Children " Ek tha imandar Neta"

Dear friends across India,

In 2 days the Jan Lokpal committee will launch -- and to create maximum transparency and accountability, Anna Hazare has called for proceedings to be videoed for all of India to see. This will prevent corrupt politicians from pressing committee members to stall or bury the bill. The committee is deciding on this now. Let's send them a massive wave of messages to call for maximum transparency:

Last week Anna Hazare led a phenomenal people-powered victory to purge India of corruption. But that was just the first step -- in just 2 days the Jan Lok Pal drafting committee will hold their first meeting -- and we need all eyes on the process.

Anna Hazare has called for the all-important drafting meetings to be videoed for all of India to see -- creating maximum transparency and accountability. This will help prevent powerful and corrupt politicians from pressing, bribing or forcing committee members into back-room tricks to weaken the bill and foil our movement.

PM Singh has said he has no objection to transparency and the committee itself should decide. Let’s stand with Anna Hazare again, and call on the committee members to kick off on the right foot, and decide on maximum transparency for their proceedings at their first meeting. Click below to send a message directly to all 10 committee members:
