Trade without Client Information

Hi,

I want to complaint againt FRAUD happend with me on 29 may 2012 Night.

My client code is GRGN-3900 .I am doing trading offline and online.
My offline adviser is Mr.Ankit of Delhi branch and his landline nos are 011-30451322 - 27.

On 29th May 2012,Mr.Ankit has buy a lot of Gold (June contract) without my concern and when i got to know & object then he said that is not his fault but its yours.After lots of discussion,he confessed this on recording line at 10:15 PM on recording line that this was his mistake and he forget to change the bid offerd by me in the afternoon time i.e 3:55 PM.

Now as this perticular transtion is not done from my side so i dont want to bear the loss happened on this transtion.

Regarding this,I had words with Mr. Sanjeev (Branch Head as told by Mr.Sanjeev )on his mobile no 9818882704 but he wants to clarify all this issue & wants some time till 30th May 2012.

I just want to ask you these qustiones
1.) Is this the working culture of Angel Broking to do bussiness with client without informing them ?
2.) Is the the way to save their employee on the price of clients money ?
3.) If Angel Broking is getting service tax from client then is this the clients responsibility to remember all bids & transations ?

I have done around about 500 lot gold Bussiness with Angel Broking since last 3 months (buying & selling) & one of the top 100 clients of Delhi circle as per Mr.Sanjeev and if this kind of dealing is with with top 100 clients then what you would treat with normal client ?????????????????????????

I want to clear all issue & want my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court & would like to withdraw my dealing relation with Angel Broking.

I have already put complaint on [email protected] & have feedback ID is 2905120717, 2905120719 on 29th May 2012 and 706120483 ON 7TH JUNE 2012 but still no solution till date & when I put this point in-front of Mr.Sanjeev then he talked so rudely & said that is your fault & you will not get any refund & when I request him for giving me the recording of that trade then he replied " Wo maine sun liya hai aur uss main aap ne hi trade kiya hai" .This kind of revert from a SO CALLED Branch Manager is not acceptable.
