Non working of broadband

Sir,

I have taken a broadband plan of Rs 750 + Taxes against my land line 0581-2521517 and paying around Rs 1000 per month regularly and on time. Even then BSNL Bareilly is not providing satisfactory service. The connectivity is very poor and broadband service is irregular and poor quality. No one is there to address the complaint. They just do lip service. Their interest is to take money with out providing the service.

Kindly help me to get better service. If they fail to deliver then disconnect the landline and broadband service. They don't discontinue the service, even if you don't require. And they don't give if you require.

Sir, kindly help me to get rid of the BSNL who is robbing Rs 1000 pm just like a demon.
