Cellone tower at Viyyur Jailpady [Trichur, Kerala] is not working properly. No proper signals for one month.

I regret to bring this to your kind notice for immediate action that RS.45 in three times deducted from my credit bsnl mobile no; 9443465268 without my consent,Rs.15 on 15/11/2011,Rs 15 on 12/12/2011and Rs15 on26/12/2011 from 59595015. kindly arrange to repay the amount and advice the authority concerned to avoid making the inconvenience in the days to come.
