Broadband has connectivity issue since installation

Subject: Improper connectivity of broadband for last 4-6 months

Dear Sir,
Firstly, I would like to thank great organisation BSNL and their people who does not bother about there customer at all.
Last six month I have been calling, visiting, registering complain, writing mails to seniors nothing is happening seems like eveyone is sleeping.
I know nothing will happen to this complain as well but as usual I am trying one more time.
My broadband has typical issue, it breaks every two minute or so. I have checked with another pc, another modem and every possilbe hardware change at my end. DSL link does not remain stable on ADSL router.

Request you to look into the matter as I am wasting my money paying to BSNL every month in the hope that it might be fixed now.

Let me know if its beyond capacity of BSNL to fix this issue.
