Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I have just received a sms from 567678600500 regarding services of m.frenzo.com on my mobile No.9424316128.I haven't subscribed to this service and need to cancel it if bydefault it has been activated on my account.Although the service is currently not on BSNL don't know how this sms came on my mobile.
Please kindly stop this service from being activated on my mobile.

sir i haved bsnl prepaid mobile no. 9460764531. on 20-08-2012 evening i received a massage from 556781008 which reads as under:-
"thanks for subscribing super 4 from handygo at 20/08/2012 08:45 PM for rs8 valid till 27/08/2012. to unsubscribe send UNSUBSUPER4 TO 55678"
I have not request either through call or through sms for this service. then why this sms was delivered on my mobile and why rs 8 have been deducted from my balance amount.
I immediately contacted on the service center but I was not attended properly and was asked to contact in morning. an amount of rs 8 be credited to my account and clerification be sent to my above mentioned email address.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY DEDUCTION by BSNL unwanted SMS services

I have BSNL prepaid mobile connection bearing Mobile No.9449987536. On my mobile I am getting SMS message from various services which are unfortunately seems to be named as Value Added Services and getting all irrelevant messages without my consent. Mainly I am getting sms messages from 59595 and 55888015.
1. 59595 - from this number i am getting 'Love Tips for Girls' which I never subscribed for and every 15days Rs.15/- is getting deducted from my balance, i am getting confirmation of this deduction from 59595015.

2. 55888015 - I am getting confirmation saying Rs.15/- is deducted for using Jokes and Love sms hich I never used.

I tried calling BSNL customer care on 1503 and spoke to several customer care people to get the first one 59595 service to be deactivated, each customer care representative is telling different kind of solution to get this service deactivated and none of them worked and still i am getting "love tips" messages even today.

BSNL is not stopping this deduction.

My mobile no is 9442077378.I bought it on 29/09/2012.I brought mainly for the 3G internet service.On the day of purchase I was not informed of the Rs 51 special recharge offer.But I came to know from my friends and recharged it two days later.They said it was successfully recharged but it was not recharged.But I was able to make and receive calls.Then I tried to recharge online. Here also the recharge failed.Now I am not able to make or receive calls also.

Dear sir,
I got one message on my prepaid mobile no. 09430713522, "thank for subscribing Regional radio services and rs. 20/- deducted from my account from 12555.
Again on 5th jan-13 i got message " thanks for continuing .
The fact is i have not subscibe for the same.
I tried my best to send reply but could not send.

Please help me to stop the same and necessary action may pls be taken against this.
