Fined for the negligence of bus staff.

Dear sir,
I take the bus no .79 from D.N. Nagar to Rasraj (Vile Parle) dt. 29/4/11 at 5.25 p.m.. And up to JVPD (3rd from D.N.Nagar ) I got the seat on the second last row of the Bus. In this time Ticket conductor stand between the bus only and not come /ask for the tickets. After passing of more 4-5 stop he still standing in the middle of the bus only and giving the tickets for those passenger moving towards to him.At last after waiting for long time he not come and stop is expecting so I get up at the second last stop Cooper Hospital from Vile Parle and move ahead and told to conductor for Ticket. At the same time the Two Ticket Checker which are also in the Dress like conductor come in the Bus and they asked me from where you catch the bus , so I told them from D.N. Nagar I am travelling. After hearing this they ordered to Conductor not to issue the tickets to me as why I delayed in taking the Ticket. So I replied that I am waiting for the Conductor than he replies (the Bus Conductor)that you are not VIP or PM that conductor will come to give tickets to you. Than I reply that this is your duty to issue to give tickets in the bus and not to stand in the Bus at the one place and order to passenger to come for the tickets .At last I called to your helpline no-1800227550 but I not get proper help in this matter. So I paid the amount of penalty of Rs.77/- to the Ticket Checker as there is no option as they are not ready to know their duties and responsibilities.
So you are requested to look into this matter as the earliest that other will not suffer due to negligence of bus staff.
