Non compliance of commitment
Bag it today Membership number - BIT110367873
Order Number - 230100 dated 24/07/2011
Invoice Number - TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/226355 dated 25/07/2011 for Rs. 7000/-
On express commitment made by Mr. Sikander Suri and Ms. Sanjana Shrivastava of bag it today sales team that accomodation for 2 couples in separate bedrooms shall be provided at Club Mahindra Resort Goa starting from 23rd September 2011, payment of Rs. 7000/- was made through net against above invoice. In fact on the same commitment , I also got 3 more orders booked from my friends Subhash Chandra, Ajit Vyas and H U Desai.
Subsequently as desired by sales team, a Draft for Rs. 750/- was sent to Affordable Sales Promotions, NOIDA on 2nd August (D/D no.01479 of ICICI Bank). Ever since we kept sending messages for the confirmation but no one is willing to provide any response. Toll free number keeps us awaiting indefinitely. All our pleas have fell on deaf ears.
It appears we have been badly cheated and defrauded. We need your urgent help and are left with no other alternative but to escalate this issue including taking recourse to approaching the consumer court or any other legal forum to protect our contractual rights.
