Poor Service

Cinemax is the worst multiplex cinema chain ever in the world. The staff is extremely rude. I went to cinemax gandhinagar asked for tickets in red lounge and even we are paying the high price they don\'t give desired seats even when they are not occupied its like paying for gold and getting a bronze in return. Even worse is the staff they act like they possess the entire cinema bossing around everywhere no wonder i find that cinema empty most of time.only reason people go there is because there aren\'t other cinema in that area.Any one wanting to have a best cinematic experience should instead go to Cinepolis Cinema instea, Trust me you will feel like home the staff is really helpful and really really kind they value customers like in foreign countries like UK. They make sure you get seats the way you want when they are not occupied and they are not biased at all. whether you\'re buying one ticket or 10.I wish cinepolis was in Gandhinagar aswell.
