Biggest cheater firm

I got a call from Country Club (Please read as Farud club) for providing coupon for 7/8 days free holiday as a outcome of lucky draw, represented by Abhishek Gautam and Pankaj Sharma. They took about two hours to explain the schemes as a pre-requisite. Some how they managed to swipe Rs. 15000 from my card without prior permission. They made lofty promises that when you visit pickup drop is free. In case of vehicle, Innova will be provided for local travel where you have to only pay for petrol. Cook will be available where you just need to provide grocery.

But later, when I did't get any further communication from them I visted them again and discussed the issue. They simply refused to provide such services which was promised by saying the staff made wrong committment and he is now fired. I am still puzzling whether it was my fault to discuss with their authorised representative? Even he is fired, i am at loss.

I will be shortly file a police complain and take them in court. The only thing I want to get my money back and save myself from further cheating trap.Please suggest me if anything else can be done as they are duping so many people. [email protected] Khatib-9990651900, Delhi
