Give normal buy call as operator call

Sudatta ,day gain advisory company employ in Bangalore ,she taken Rs 15000/- from me for trading service by giving operator call.I made payment through CH.no. 708335dt 29-9-2014 ,Sbibank br.partur dist. Jalna.Sudatta assured me that on your 15000/- payment company give profit of Rs 150000/- on operator call with in short period.then Sudatta give me an operator call as Buy Crude oil 5 lot on 5865 and target is 5920.And before buying I confirmed with Sudutta that this is confirmed operator call or on then she replies that believed that this is operator call then I buy 5 lot of crude oil on rate 5865 then market is down, and SL of this call 5815 is trigger.And I got loss of Rs 25000/on that operator base call. So I want my Rs 15000/- back. And take legal action against Sudutta and Day gain advisory company based Bangalore
