not attending to copmplaints at all in spite of giving the complaint

i got this product on 17/08/2010from then till now in spite of repeatedly giving complaint once iin the beginning they did attend but again when there was problem of same with in a week they started saying that i have not lodge the complaint at all.again in may end it got spoilt & no water coming at all in force some how i managed to use it with water ever less water we were getting.now from may end i am suffering from typhoid.i do not drink any other water other than this.so as per doctor it happend because of the water purifier.because of the health problem i am unable o attend the school as teacher.

i request u to take up the case & give the compensation as they promise on TV saying they'll give 1crore
