compressor

Dear sir,

I have purchase Double door 280 Ltr.refrigerator in September, 2005. The company has given warranty for compressor for 5 years before that the compressor has failed and I have made complaint for it. The person has came from the service franchise and replace the compressor ( Tecumse - 1365 made)hardly one and half year passed the same problem has created. The compressor is not working.I have again complaint in customer care vide complaint No.EAHM 0204120142 on dated 2/4/2012.The service engineer Mr. Rupesh Patel has came and told me that you have to pay Rs.330 for inspection and it is not refundable or not adjust with repair charges. I surprised to heard that because of I have purchased your brand. Within 5-6 years the refrigerator is not in use. I think the franchise/ your service engineer is loosing your credit in the market.I hope you look in to the matter and my complaint will slove in urgent basis.
