Dear Aquaguard Management,

I have purchase an AQUAGUARD TOTAL REVIVA machine from AQUAGUARD agents through installment, and her name is SUNITA KUMAR,I have paid Rs 4400 at the time of delivery and two installment as well, It got breakdown after 2 months .it is not working from last 15 days. I am facing big problem with your good service, I have registered complaint several time @ local service center @ Jamshedpur. But complaint did not resolve till now, while It is under warranty. Jamshedpur service center taking casual response. I am fed up with your worst service .I want positive response from your side against Jamshedpur center as soon as possible, kindly make convenient to service.

hello everyone,
It is really weird that a consumer has to face so many hardships. At the the time of purchase there are high claims made of service and repair and all are brushed to winds the moment a sale has been made effective.This is deficiency in services and the company of such repute must take the rotten apple out of their company so as to stay in business with happy customers.I came to this site to check on some water purifiers and now such like complaints have made me rethink over taking a purifier of this company.

Dear Aquaguard Management,
We had purchased a two industrial type heavy duty aquaguard with water cooler from you all. Within one month of working one unit has stopped working. From last four days we have logged complaint several times but no responce from your local service center. They have directly refused to attend the complain saying that when there employees will be free they will attend the problem. As this is summer season our employees are complaining on regular basis and apart from this we have spend approx 4.0Lacs in buying and installation of thses m/c. Pl suggest us how to get ride of this problem.
