I received an sms from BSNL # 567671005 on 9th Jan 2013 as follows - Thank you for using frenzo service. To make friends and send gifts to your friends go to http://m.frenzo.com, charges applicable fort sending gifts From: 567671005 I never apply for this service, neither through sms nor by receiving any call from BSNL. Kindly deactivate this and refund the charges deducted for this service.

Further, I tried to call up BSNL customer care at 1503, for this but its not working properly. Each time I call up customer care executives say "Please call us tomorrow." Please help me to unsubscribe and get the refund.
