PAN CARD SO FAR NOT RECEIVED

i have applied for PAN CARD on 28/03/2011 by paying Rs.100/- in eSeva centre located at Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. In receipt of the acknowledgement of my payment has been furnished the transaction No. CKP002575459 and my application No is 071601394.when the status of the card has been enquired in the web site it use to say "SORRY! NO DATA FOUND". I doubt about the fate of the application since has been reached the Income Tax Department or not. So please let me know the status of my card position. It has been already 4 and half months delayed. Please take necessary action in tracing my application.
