This is a complaint for GSPC CAS CO. LTD, GANDHINAGAR.
Thanking you very much for giving me new connection, but field staff of company has consumed more pipe for giving me connection resulting I have to bear more money unnecessarly, which could be easily avoidable. They have not consider our request. They have given pipe line across the house instead of strait forward which can be possible.
My mother had visited GSPC Office to complaint but neither they had listen her nor they had accepted complaint from her.

resp sir,
i am rohit chimanlal kapadia 6 uttam park opp mahagujrat hospital nadiad gspc gas cousomer no 500000127851 submitting complaining for bill no r000100786290. my bill amount is 662.0 payable on 23 aug.
as i am regular payer i skipped to pay on date & i paid the amount on 24 aug an paid rs.75.0 more e.g
737.0 . i thing the amount i was to forced to pay Rs.75.0 per day similarly to 11.32% per day
sir even G E B & BSNL are to charging huge amount like you on one day late payment so i think it is against the law & should be challenge.bsnl charges Rs 20. & GEB charging only Rs 4.0 so why Rs 75.0 by you.
this is against the natural law & consumer cant be punished for the same offence differently.even constitution provides equality so why you are levying so huge for just small offence while other service provider not charging so much like you
i hope you will kindly look in the matter

namskar sir,i m disagreed with ur service in following 3 manner.
1).i signed in ur agreement without reading full detail but that means is not that our dissatisfaction is not attain in time and now no one is able to give my problem solution,they said that sir is in meeting and no one responsible officer present in office in working hours.

2).in my kitchen gas nobe is out of order,means fetting is not proper.

3).and your main pipeline is away from gas equipment so my request is that take connection near by gas equipment so rubber tube is less as possible.because it's create many difficulties.

Due to renovation peruse we had removed GSPC GAS line in Jun-2012 and around min Aug-2012 renovation is done and we applied for re-fitting for GSPC GAS line; however still it has been not done yet.

In last 4 month without using GSPC GAS we paid 400 Rs. as miter rant. From Aug-2012 to till we follow up with them more than 200 times by phone call and 100 times visited GSPC office (Secto-11); however, every time they response it will be done in 2 days / in this week; but still re-fitting is not done yet.

I am looking for positive and quick response.
