High level Cheating

I was selected for cognizant through GTT(Global Talent Track,Head Office -Pune) in Dec 2010.I joined GTT by paying Rs 43k in Manga-lore as training fee for two months.The in-charge in Manga-lore (Ms Divya Gatti )promised us we (30 students)would be joining cognizant on or before 8th of Feb 2011.

I don't know why but they expanded this 2 months training to 4 months.The quality of training was worse .I cleared all 3 modules of java adv java and oracle.After clearing the exam ,the cognizant people gave us the offer letter as well.

After giving the offer letters ,they asked us to wait for unlimited period of time.It has been three months after getting the offer letter and seven months after our selection,but there is no info about our joining dates.

However cognizant is requiting in large amount and giving the joining as well to the directly selected candidates. I am a 2010 B.Tech pass out,but 2011 pass out candidates have got their joining ,though they are selected after us.When I had a talk with cognizant MD Mr David ,he said when we will have business requirement,you will be called.He is having no info how much time it will take.

I feel sad to say that there are more than 4 batches(30-40 students each) facing this problem.I think they have kept us on spare and will only if they have surplus projects which may take years or there might be some hidden business policy. At this point of time there is no job vacancy for 2010 pass out candidates. I have no option than to wait after one year of completion of B.Tech.You can now see the condition of my carrier.

Now the Global talent track people are asking us to wait till a particular date, but nothing happens on that date. Why are we supposed to wait when Ms Divya Gatti promised that we would be joining before 8th Feb?This unlimited wait has compelled me comment that GTT Manga-lore is doing high level of cheating with fresh B.Tech Graduates.

I would recommend my juniors not to indulge yourself in these kind of things ,feeling greedy that yes I am selected .It is better to attend direct walk-ins and join the companies which is not charging any kind of fee before joining.
