refrigerator not repaired in time by service center R 2/108 Raj Nagar , Ghaziabad

complaint was lodged with customer care vide complaint no GHA 126250011 dated 25.06.12. on 26.06.12 service engeer visited and teken the fan moter with him for replacement. Since than we contected many times to service center for the replacment of the same but service center shows their unability as the fan moter is not available at service center.Since 26.06.12 service center is not able to procure the fan moter and as a customer we are facing lot of problem.You are requisted to take aducate action at earliest.
