Redemption of gift

Hp's diwali offer,which is a free camera with HP ENVY laptops,is still going on.I bought the laptop and sent the required documents and they approved it through mail on Oct 23,2012.They gave ne a redemption code to check the status ofthe shipment o the gift on the site http://www.redemptionsupport.com/.
As available on the site my gift was dispatched through Bluedart on 23rd itself.But till now I've not received it.BLUEDART says my object is still untraceable at Delhi and I need to contact the sender.The worst part is even after repeatedly mailing SOLUTIONS DIGITAS and HP customer support,I've got no replies.I dont know if I'm being cheated!
