Dear Sir,
I purchased an HP Laptop Pavilion DV45009TX and applied for PEACE OF MIND OFFER by sending a cheque of Rs 1133/-, original Bar code & a copy of Bill to HP Redemption Cell, Okhla Delhi. I had pruchased Laptop on 30th April,2012 and applied for PEACE OF MIND Offer on the same day. I have received the Regn. No. as 4736944.

Till date I have not received any message from the HP . Please look into my complaint.

i had the same problem, after relentless call with the ever changing nos of customer care I was finally able to get the contact details of Integrated Solutions which takes care of the Peace of mind offer. [email protected] email them with the machine SR no.

I have purchased a HP laptop P. S. No. 5CD2418TJH & send a cheque for Rs. 2499/- against Dewali offer redemption no. 5419818 for Nikon Coolpix Camara that have clear from my accout on 30 Nov. But till I have not received Camara. & I send mail on [email protected], but there is no reply, I also try on help line. that is always busy.

So pls. check status & send camara at erliest.
