did not recived gift yet

Hello sir,
I have also purchased hp pavilion g6-2105 tx on 16-nov-2012 from hp showroom (Computerland 51-52 ground floor Nehru place delhi-110019). At that time they were offering NIKON COOLPIX camera on it.For which customer need to send CHEAQUE of 2499 to HP Redemption Cell with the doucoments.And according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6 weeks to process any request, but still i haven\'t recieved my NIKON Digital camera or any acknowledgment message from their side and it has been almost 2 months since i have send all the mentioned document and CHEAQUE of Rs 2499 to them, and i have tried HP Redemtion cell several times but they tell me for wait.And they do not tell how long 2-3 months or 2-3 year.Now i can\'t check my status on HP redemption site also.
