Respected Sir,
May I humbly bring your kind and humanitarian attention to the grave issue that I am facing now over the last few years. I, Allummoottil Prenchu Antony (aged 46 years), have been working in Kuwait since 1995. My family (wife and daughter) is now residing in Kakkanad. This I write to you, mainly to avoid yet another “Apple A Day Property like real-estate scam and money cheating, by notorious Heavenly Homes Pvt. Ltd. Cochin, who had already cheated me by non allotment of a flat of 1400 Sq. ft in their housing project namely Heavenly City at Chittethukara, near CEPS, Kakkanad.
In 2007, I and Heavenly Homes signed a contract for the above residential flat, and subsequently I have handed over IRS. 525,380.00 to them as 20% self finance, and in 2007 and in 2008 my Home Loan Banker – SBI – PBB, RACPC, Ernakulam had disbursed / released IRS. 1,780,250 to Heavenly Homes. The residential project – Heavenly City, was due to be completed and handed over in March-2009.
Once after the total money had been paid, and whenever I inquired with the builder Heavenyy Homes, they used to sent me unmethodical project schedules, and later I convinced that they are abandoning the referred project, after collecting all the required money. This is a dire money cheat and an injustice to the fundamental right of a human being to own a house.

And once I had totally convinced of my helplessness, I started complaining to our Honorable Chief Minister from 20-June-2011, and some sort of investigations were / are underway against this accused Heavenly Homes.
Complaint addressed and submitted to the Honorable Chief Minister – State of Kerala (The docket Number of complaint is 9886/2011 and is 9909/2011).

Subsequent Regional Complaint sent to the Honorable Commissioner of Police, Cochin (Case Ref. No. :23552011720)
Subsequent Departmental Complaint sent to the Honorable NORKA, (Case Ref. No.: 3762011720)
For the last two months, I have already spent IRS. 65000 for international calls to make adequate follow ups with CM Offices, CREDAI office in Cochin, Chamber of Commerce Office in Cochin, Heavenly Homes, etc…. to have a solid answer to my cries.
If this accused builder had successfully completed and handed over the referred flat (B-6 at Heavenly City) in 2009, my total expense = investment was only IRS. 2800000. But now as the total completion had only achieved 40%, when if they finish the construction work, I may have an immense loss of more than IRS. 1500000 (i.e. total personal budget is nearly IRS. 5000000), which I am not at all able to bear.
Thus, in the light of my grievances and various complaints to CM and such other offices, this accused Heavenly Homes had approached me to make a settlement, by paying my involved money worth 20% self fiancé to the tune of Bank Rate (@ 11.10%) IRS. 909388.00 (IRS. Nine Lakh Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Eight Only) in July 2011. Once they have failed to refund my own hard earned money, offices form CM office had directly called this accused Heavenly Homes, and instructed them to pay the refund money asap. But now, I have no information form this accused Heavenly Homes Ptc. Ltd. for the last one month.
P.S: I am attaching some of my related correspondences and attachment for your kind and immediate reference. I am fully ready to provide any more evidence to this atrocious cruelty and cheating by this real esate builder, accused Heavenly Homes Pvt. Ltd. The money I lost is the hard earned money that I saved after working in hot sun in the desert of Kuwait mainly under 58 Degree Celsius to 62 Degree Celsius in Summer, and even working in -4(minus) Degree Celsius in peak winter.
Total lost period for my dream home at Heavenly City is 1500 human days or working days or calendar days from 2nd July, 2007 till 07th August 2011 !! apparently losing more than FOUR precious years of age in my humble life !! So even a rough calculation of financial loss incurred to the Second Party is relatively huge, compared to the claim.
What justification have this Heavenly Homes to HOLD my hard earned money For over 1500 days, for over more than FOUR YEARS??
I seek your humanitarian assistance to seek justice to me.
As I fear retaliation from this accused Heavenly Homes, I am afraid to give contact details of my wife (family) in Kakkanad.
Appreciate your kind and immediate response, and hope that a religiously faithful and a committed administrator like you, will avoid illegitimate fraud and money cheating, inflicted upon the poor people, like me.
