Deffective bike sold by Company

Dear sir

I have purchased Hero Honda Glamour(Red) from Auto Need India Pvt Ltd, Patparganj,Delhi -92 on 04.07.11 vide their inv no. 10378-02-SINV-0711-2244 .Since purchasing of bike it having problem of over heating of Engine and it difficult to keep leg nearby engine & Gears sticky problem and they have given me bikc without silencer pati. I have visited to their service centre APex Automobile, patparganj,delhi, on 21.07.11 on due of my first service and note down my problems to service engineer and they have completed work vide Job card no. DJCO720111951 and it is infomred that now bike is ok. But when I took away my bike with this hope they have reactify the fault.It is regret to inform that they have do nothing accept wash it or might be oil changed but it is not sure.The again lodged my complaint to hero honda reg. office delhi on 14th Aug-11, then I have recd a call from service centre on 16th aug but I again visited their on 18th Aug-11, they have note down my problem.As earlier and I have sit 03 hours hour their.At last it is informed me now your bike is o.k.When I asked engineer what have you done to rectify my problem, he said now take it I have sought out problem.Unfortunately when I get away my bike and move to my home it have occur another fault of missing of engine and stopped it atleast 10-12 times at the night and my poroblem of over heating of engine and problem in changing of gears.Really I fad up with the Hero Honda Bike.Now I keeping my bike at home going through my old bajaj sccooter.
sir my request is that please refund my money immediately.otherwise I have no option to move consumer court.
