Yes I agree with this what the information in above is true.
There are two owners Rajavel & Karthi.They pick projects based freelancer site and odesk.
They used to torcher every one like animal.

Did any software company will put shift for working but they used to put shift for the job.
Developers will come at night and work no break we should sit in our place we should not turn also.
Even they used to sit with us and they will tell put that design or put this design. They won't leave us to work free also.
Even our project manager used to come and cry outside that this physco are torchering they won't guide also but just they need money, money, money.

For past 6 months telling that they are going for olympia tech park and making employee to join after coming to know the truth employee are leaving the office. Even they didn't go to any good building also. A girl who worked with us they terminated from company reason is they keep the company in Sunday also so for 1 Sunday they did like this but next Sunday they told to come but all taken holiday no one came company so they terminated the team. A good owner should give full settlement of money and relieving letter. After few days she came office for experience certificate for that they printed a apology letter and told her to sign because of her motive only other took holiday in company. they did the same thing for all the employee. But that brave girl had given complaint on company and owner.

And another main thing is company not even registered. Think future if doubt you can clarify all the details and decide to join or not.

Better working here you can take the work from freelancer and odesk site and you can do job. The same thing is done here. What is difference for this work and freelancer site.

Hi Friends I got information that they will give salary in alphabetic order. I am asking if a person names starts with y or z what they will do . Without money don't work . And they told something like ask old employee about company they will give good review.

I am giving true information ask rajavel and karthi in meeting next time. Employee name Dhanapal who worked them for 2 years but this rajavel and karthi developed the office using him after they get money just he asked change my salary from 15 to 18 thousand but this basters just planned and sent they out of company . Really a good person will do like this. In this office no kind of persons should work just think and go inside this office.

Please be secure. No job security also just they will hire and people will work for 3 months after that they will send them out of office. So your experience will get waste.

All the points above are true . really they need money don't believe that rajavel and karthi. They won't treat employee employee atleast they should treat like human but they treat as like animal. Think careful they are lot of company but they are worst companies.

Just see interior and employee you can easily decide easily about company they won't be good communication also. owner itself will speak in tamil. Then how you can develop your communication. Think and decide

yes the above information are true. they won't pay salary properly . Surely still they didn't give experience certificate to any one properly. they used to keep company some times in sunday . Please be carefull they will take some unknown projects and say to finish how the employee can work without the knowledge of the project . Just think and join please don't waste your future.

Yes above information is 100 % true. For design team they won't take projects from outside instead they will create a account in 99designers.com and then they say to win a contest .

I am asking them a question 100 persons will participate in contest. Then only one will be winner they will ask to win a contest for a week. Think if they take project it is acceptable but how a employee can win.

i am saying a word to designer better you create a own account and start participate. atleast if you win you can take whole money instead someone eat yours money. It is your pain. you should get gain not someone.

Yes when we ask salary to them rajavel will say I will ask karthi and give. If we ask Karthi he will say rajavel will give. So this two person won't come at same time so please be aware no salary but they will get work from us. No proper salary for the employee.

Employee think your future . if consultancy forced you also please don't join over there. employee be safe. If you think all this comment are fake just go there and see the truth. ask the employee working over there they will say the truth.

Yes I was working with for more than year. That two person won't come office they was working in MNC. But they used to torcher us through Skype.

Really they won't treat us like human. They just see money money money. No employee quality in the office. Please don't join and waste your future. They don't have leadership qualities also. better you can join somewhere worst treatment in the office.

For freshers also they can't learn in this office they will hire you as freshers but they won't teach also instead they will make them to work some content writing work. So please beware of this company

Yes then won't provide experience certificate if you are going to move out of company. and last month salary is not provided to all employee while they get relieved. But they will ask to join soon but they won't relieve soon they will say notice period as 2 months then just think what will be your future?

here the another main problem is 1.5 year experience will get 20 thousand and 3 years experience will get 18 thousand. If you join close with management they will keep you happy if you join with employee they won't provide salary.

They will play some game between employee and make the fight between employees. They need all employee not to friends every one should be alone so only they can't put and ask about salary.

they provided salary properly at olden days. but I don't know why they are not providing now a days properly. I think they planned to send out all employees and they need only money and their projects they don't take care of employee. You can ask them salary If they didn't provide salary just you can get out from the company. And join any new company. Don't waste your life
