Non-Functioning of Split AC & negligence in after sales service

This is reference to our complaint lodged on 22nd April 2011 and subsequent visits of Hitachi technician on 23rd & 25th April 2011, to inspect non-functioning of Split AC-1.5 tonnes, Model Number- RAU018KQDD, Machine Number- SE101D14617 who has taken away with him the defective parts(motor, PCB & transformer) removed from outdoor unit with assurance to replace the same within two days but never visited again to replace the same and put the Air Conditioner inorder.
At the outset, we would like to inform that the material referred above was purchased by us from M/s Sahu Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Hazaratganj, Lucknow, by their document number-201011002256 on 11th may 2010.
We regret to mention here that, despite of repeated reminders to M/s Sahu Agencies Pvt. Ltd., as well as Branch Office of HITACHI, at Lucknow (Mr. Vivek, Mob No-9335820644 and Mr. Anubhav, Mob No-9335031674) we have not received positive response from them since last 15 days and now they have stopped taking our calls which only shows their callous attitude towards consumers grievances at the time of soaring temperature of summer.
Now we request you to take up the matter immediately with Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd.
