Loan account overdue

Dear Sir,

My Pan No - APTPM3433P

I had availed a Home Loan in Federal Bank Ltd, Coimbatore. My payment due date is on 5th of every month.I had opted for ELECTRONIC CLEARING SERVICE OPTION. I had been maintaining enough balance for the EMI on the particular date, dut the EMI was been debited from my bank account only on 7th or 8th of every month.
Recently i had applied for a personal loan and the loan was rejected by the bakers due to low cibil score. I was shocked , since i had not defauled in any of my repayments.Then i went through my cibil and found that all my Federal bank Home Loan dues are in 30+ DPD's.

When i enquired with Federal Bank officials , they went through my track record and said that the problem was with their side due to the collection ageny. The had also given a letterhead stating that the track is clear from the client side.

Kindly guide me with a solution for a clear cibil record.
