We have booked for HONDA ACTIVA on 18th of Nov’09, thru booking form No:12227. vide receipt no:5870. After which we have got one reminder, when I am on touring. Immediately after two days we went to M/s sri kanakadurga automobiles Ltd., they said it is already lapsed. From then onwards we keep visiting the showroom several times, the response very negligent and arrogant.
Now recently they are saying, we have to book the same again and wait for our tenure to come.
We are ready to pay the full amount, but they are very resistant to justify.

hi tushar here i bought a new honda dio 5 months back from a authorised dealer from vasai aditya honda i booked tvs wego but honda is a better brand than tvs so i got converted for dio as the name and the punchlines of hmsi i had a very nice experiance with the sales team over there and the line for honda customers are like god but i got very dissapointed with the service team i gave my vehicle for secound service at aditya honda on10 am they took the whole day for servicing my scooter as there was no problem in my vehicle they committed me to give the vehicle in 4 hours but i got it at evening 6 pm. i had a very bad experiance that day after that i did my third service same there and got many scarches on my scooter than too i dint took it that serious and now there was some engine sound coming from my vehicles engine so i left for a repair at aditya honda and the supervisor committed that there was some tappid sound comming than he said me to take the delivery at 6pm the same day and i got a call from aditya honda saying that there is too much of load so your vehicle work is half done and you will be getting the vehicle next morning by 11am and again next day i got a call saying that there is no sound in the engine. i said than why did you keep the vehicle for two days so i said them i will be launching a mail to honda the service manager said most welcome you can mail where ever you want.
this was notthe way to talk to a customer all what i used to think was wrong and after sales service of honda is worst now i have my 4 service pending and i am sure i will get a better experiance if i service my vehicle at some local garage mechanic.i just wanted to ask honda is this the way you treat your customers ther are no parts available at spares room no literate supervisors there with a proper answer i think a small local garage willl be better than a authorised workshop sorry to say but thats the fact. |

i am having honda aviator 2009 model..unfortunately i met with an accident due to which the right side panel of my scooty got damanged and needs to be changed.i have searched its part everywhere but its not available anywhere..so can i get from the manufacturing plant |

This is Venkatesan from kovur Chennai.Last augest I had buyed one green color Honda Dio.
Unfortunately last three week before one accident faced in Chennai while driving.
Some of the vehicle parts damaged that time ,Front mask , Murgad & Fork.
After that I was contact your ASC ( Arthee Motors Gerugambakkam) for to repair the same.
As per them the damaged parts are not avail & it will take two month time.
Otherwise except green color parts they are ready to repair ,It is not acceptable for any of the cust .
As a your customer how can I accept this,Proper parts arrangement should ur primary concern.
I belive u should repair the same with in two week, That is also very long period for me.
After two weeks also u cant able repair means , its may lead to consumer court.
So pls support & dothe needful ASAP

Sir,
We are from Sholavaram near Redhills, We took Honda Unicorn on 20.06.2011 in Balaji Automotive-Ch 21. As on today, our vehicle runs upto 2500 Km Only. But we observe some noise problem inside the engine.
During service, they informed that it was Crank shaft problem.
For 2500 km, it might have only 2 Services, but they did 3 services, Also there was no proper response.
When we sent one person to Balaji Automotive, they simply scolded our person using bad words.
We totally absurt with HONDA Poor Service.
Kindly solve our problem at the earliest.

I had bought New Honda Twister from Aditya Honda Vasai (W), in the Month of August 2010, your bike is not giving me the designed average ie 70 Kmpl, i have given my bike 4/5 time to your service center at the same showroom, but they are not able to rectify the problem your Service Manager Mr. Ajay Gupta don't have any manner how to talk to a customer & your supervisor Mr. Verges not able to rectify the problem. when he handed over me the bike it was not getting start at all, such kind of service your company is providing, still my bike Honda CB Twister is performing well. (the average is only 23 KMPL).
Please do advice me what should i do.

I have been experienceing battery failure in the honda dazzler which is just 10 months old. I have once charged the battery but after a week, it discharges again. After a visit to the local dealer Jhaveri Honda, Mumbai, they serviced the vehicle and informed me that it was a loose connection at the battery terminal. However, from past two days I am experiencieng the same problem. Pushing the bike in 2nd gear and trying to start it is dangerous because the bike suddenly starts and accelerates if your are not careful to press the clutch and brake. This is a dangerous way of starting for people who are inexperienced. Honda should change the battery to a higher rating and/or provide a kick start option as in the unicorn. The quality of dazzler is one of the worst that I have come across. The bolts holding the terminals of the battery have already rusted and very difficult to remove. The metal clips holding the cables, have already rusted and the number plate has also rusted just in 10 months time. Buck up Honda or get out of the business in India.

I have a Honda unicorn that I bought in Dec 2004. The mileage on the vehicle is merely 24000 kms considering the time of purchase. the vehicle is an absolute pleasure to ride on untill recently I started facing issues. Issues as under
1. The cylinder head gasket started leaking. I got it changed thrice in 4 months and paid for changes untill I got it done by a local mechanic and it stopped leaking.
2. The front Shockers leaked twice in a row in 4 month and I got it repaired from the dealer.
3. In Jan My Front Cowling( Picture is attached) broke. I got that replaced. Since then till today I have had it replaced about 4 or 5 odd times. each time I get it replaced, it breaks from the points where it is fastened to bike. To be precise, it breaks without even anybody tampering it. There seems to be a quality issue with this particular part. I own two cars also and the bike riding is limited.
I gave my bike again on 1st of of December to Satnam Honda(Excellent People) but i wanted to high light the issue to you guys, So I found the contact information for HONDA on their website. I stated calling the tapukara plant first as it is in Alwar and near to Jaipur. The numbers were incorrect.
Then I called the 0124-2290911 number. Here there was no one at the operators table to take the call at 3 pm. After being bounced like ping pong ball from one ext to other I was directed to the main gate wherein I was told "Saab, 4 baje baad thode na madame rukti hain" I humbly asked him to direct me to the customer care but nobody seemed to know the extension of any other department except their own. !!!!!!!!!!!!!Surprising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally I gave up. Then on on saturday after again going through the hit and trail method, I somehow dialed 368 and got to customer care and spoke with naren or naveen, who was surprisingly the most impolite and harsh gentleman I have ever come across. I was surprised at the tone and harsh level of communication at customer care. He never wanted to give away his full name or the designation. He disconnected the first time when I asked him his name and designation. Then I called again and was stern, that is when he heard my complaint. During the conversation he asked in a very sarcastic way" aapko email karna aata hai?" I kept My cool and told him " aata hai aur email kari bhi hai aapko" It took him good 15 mins to search my mail even after taking my email address" He then told me some would call by the end of the day and the issue will be taken care of by Monday.
Dear all, I cannot express in mere words here, the audacity and unprofessional behavior that I had to face before deciding to mail you. The calls and conversations were beyond the boundaries of insult. Let me assure you I like your products but cannot take such insulting behavior. As Honda more is expected by you. As a six sigma certified resource I can assure you that 70% of the clientele does not complain but simply take their business elsewhere. I am surprised to say you stand nowhere to the standards set by the industry. |
