I am writing this in regard to my grievances caused by the poor after sale services offer by Muthoot Honda Pathanamthitta. I had purchased a Honda Unicorn on 15 March 2010.
On noticing severe vibration on the handle bar while riding the bike, I had approached Muthoot Honda, Pathanamthitta even before the first service. However they were unable to provide a permanent solution to this problem. Since I am a priest at our church in Kumily, Idukki, I was forced to come at least five times, spending Rs. 500 for each journey from Idukki to Pathanamthitta to rectify the problem. But with each visit the employees at the showroom failed to diagnose the exact problem with the vehicle and provide a permanent solution but rather came up with new complaints with the bike.
Rather than rectifying the problem with the bike, Mr. Unnikrishanan, the Service Manager and his team often resorted to simply convincing me that the bike was fine. I am both mentally and financially troubled because of this issue having spend a lot of money on this bike. Muthoot Group is always known for its excellent sevices and trust the people have in it, but this experience with Muthoot Honda, Pathanamthitta speaks otherwise. Being extremely frustrated with the situation I’m willing to post this issue with several online forums.
Hoping you will take this letter as a positive feedback and do the necessary to have the bike’s faulty part repaired or replaced at the earliest. Thanking you.
